Some thoughts regarding the 2011Wedding Season

The third of May, met with a client to finalize arrangements for her Wedding photography. The Wedding Season starts off for me this year on May 28th.
Shooting from morning till the reception breaks up, sometimes in the wee hours, makes for a long day. But there isn't any other thing I would rather be doing.
Capturing a Wedding Celebration requires so much more than technical skills. Yes, a successful Wedding Photographer NEEDS to have the tool skills "dialed in", but…

Janna Slaback said… - Thanks so much, Bob! I'll let you know how it goes. We have some ideas of what pictures to take, we have a comfy beanbag chair with super cozy blanket to cover it, Mom has a heating pad to put under the blanket so baby Gracie stays warm and I am so hoping it goes great. I have my flash unit with Gary Fong diffuser just in case we need it. I'm excited but a little bit nervous ... Thanks again for your encouragement!!

Okay another opportunity has presented itself and I WILL be doing my first infant shoot (for a little girl about 3 weeks old) next Wednesday!!
