Hey Roland ! Sorry for the delay... just moved to a new location...
First you have to convert the MIDI file to an mp3 file. If you Google "midi to mp3" you will find a bunch of links to converters... Personally I use dBpoweramp which has a free version (check out the codec page to download the MIDI codec)... Once you have the music in mp3 format, create a drop at drop.io and upload the mp3 (using add files)... Next, locate the embed code of the uploaded file (click on it and choose the embed option)... On your Ning profile, click on Add Profile Apps (link under your photo) and add a text box widget (in the Misc category, 2nd page)... Copy the embed code from the audio file in the drop to the text box content... that should do it !
