Well that was my general train of thought...I have a few older manual focus lenses that i use via adapters that I purchased from ebay which of course function normally without any digital features like auto focus and electronic aperture adjusting...…
I don't like clowns lol, but this shot is awesome ;-)
I recently bought one of these lens .. get a great price on Amazon. I have to use tripod to get decent shots.

- Thanks .. I only have a few weekends left in korea and then I will be off to hong kong and then taiwain. Sometimes the conformity of Korea gets to me! I would love to get to the border but I hear they are not to kind to people with cameras.

- Thanks...I leave in Daejeon , South Korea . I am buddha out after the lantern festival and I do not think that I can take another picture of the mountains. Your picture with the sunset is absolutely breath taking. I am so inspired to take pictures in hong kong in a couple of weeks. I hope to get a good camera. Ok....I just saw the bird of paradise. I got to have it when I move home .

Sharon Sjokvist Isern said… - I live just south of Lake City , near High Springs. I went to my first reenactment about a year ago and now try to get to every one nearby. They are great photo ops because I love photographing people. At the Battle of Hogtown I met Dusty Roads, a Virginia volunteer, and the wrestler Dusty Roads lives near High Springs. Neat name. I will post my Virginia Dusty...a real character.
