I completely agree with you and have also been aggravated in the past with the clutter in the main gallery of page upon page of the same crap. However in this case I needed to quickly be able to share these photos with the families in the…
You are one of the ones that causes so much controversy. I hate to be the one to tell you because your intentions are probably fine but why do you think the rest of the people on this forum are interested in the baptism at your church? I…
Started with 35mm canon point and shoot in high school, messed around with a manual 35mm. Used that until 2004 when I got a sony cybershot 5mp. Then March 2009 I bought my first DSLR camera, a Canon Rebel XS with kit 18-55mm IS lens.
My Photography Equipment:
Canon Rebel XS (aka 1000D)
kit 18mm-55mm IS, with Hoya Polarizer
tamron 70mm-300mm f/4.0-5.6 DI LD macro 1:2
Canon EF 50mm f/1.8
Canon EF 28-135mm IS USM with Hoya Polarizer
Canon Speedlite 430 EXII
You are one of the ones that causes so much controversy. I hate to be the one to tell you because your intentions are probably fine but why do you think the rest of the people on this forum are interested in the baptism at your church? I am a long time churchman and I will tell you I am put off by this. If you're wanting a place for the people to see the photographs then why not use some of the software that's out there for that purpose. This is very inconsiderate. Please don't post all 9,000 photographs of the event.
You are so good with black backgrounds...how did you light that...I love the cats and the grey goose bottle....your skies are amazing....you must tell me your secret for shooting the sky....
Stephen, I like your dragon shots alot. keep up the good work!... I just added one as well. I wish that I could have gotten that close when I did my shoot.
Hey Stephen, i dont really use it often, i thought it would help, they say they get rid of the blue haze. They say cameras can show up as a bluish color cast sometimes, epsically in high altitudes or near the sea, or it can cause a low-contrast haze that diminishes details, especially when viewing far-away objects, in either color or black-and-white. Ultraviolet filters absorb UV light generally without affecting light in the visible region. I wouldnt buy one unless your willing to pay a lot because i bought a cheap one and couldnt tell the difference.
