- About Me and My Photography Experience:
- I have been into photography since my teens. I am very new to the digital SLR. I have always wanted to do portrait photography, but I seem to be better at landscape. I am an assistant chief with a fire department/EMS, and that has given me some great photo ops.

Daniel Crafton said… - Sylvia, if you can get it (maybe from Ebay) Adobe Photo Deluxe from edition 2.0 on (not made anymore) is wonderful, cheap,a nd does absolutely everything.. Photoshop is great too, but not realy user friendly, I find, but the new photo elements by Adobe is also good but not user friendly either.. Most of the phoot editiong software that comes wtih the things we buy are not wonderful.. Take care dan

Pattie said… - Hi Sylvia, I have used Paint Shop Pro for several years, upgrading with each new edition. You will find it to be an amazing piece of software for creating as well as editing. There are a ton of great tutorials on the web. But my style is to jump in with both feet and experiment myself.
