I'm new to photography but I'm not blind so I'll offer up my opinion. I like the straight on B&W shot better. It still needs a little rotation to the left and maybe a little more cropping off the top. This is a nice picture.
Straightened the photo using the left edge of the window in the door since it is fairly close to the center of the photo.
Used the camera distortion filter to square up the building.
