For the black and white once I didn't used nothing too special. Just the right place the right time. Then I made it B&W with photoshop and then with a program called Dynamic Photo-HDR I made the lights more dramatic and the contrast higher…

Some times I am using hdr programs as photoshop just to correct the lights and the contrast. I don't really like when the photos looks to unreal. Of course it does not work well for every photo :)

Thanks! My problems are that I don't have tripod yet. This troubles me a lot because I have to use almost closed diaphragm so to have bigger depth of field but this means low shutter speed and high ISO. this makes the photos not sharp enough…

thank you Don, the building was vacant and I was doing a before and after shoot with the designer, when he was looking out the window I managed to get this shot, and then added my own twist on it.
