What suitable equipment to take picture in snowing place??

Hi guys maybe next week I going to Artic, but the problem is that are my first time Im take picture in cold place, I want to know what the best equipment to protect our camera in that area..

Just a thought... when bringing your camera inside from the cold... put your camera in the kit bag before going inside and don't open it until everything has warmed up or place the camera in a zip lock baggy before going inside so moisture will not form on the camera. Where I live gets fairly cold in the winter and the temperature can sometimes drop down as low as -40 C, this is an issue I deal with.

For the sunny days I believe a polarizing filter would be in order...during the snowy times I have no idea...keep you batteries warm...they tend to shut down below a certain temp. They have armor for slr cams.
