I have that lens also - it is a good deal and takes great shots. If you have never tried the EF 85mm 1.8 you should - that lens doesn't know how to take bad pictures.

Totally agree - i have a 50mm fixed lens too - such good value and it teaches you to frame a shot properly without the luxury of zoom!

Thats great, I have been wanting to get a lens like that too. I have a canon 24 mm wide angle and I really like it. It seems to make better photos then my telephoto lens.
