what dumb luck! ANYONE LIVING IN UK?!?!?
i went to the school library yesterday and borrowed the latest "computer arts" magazine. apparently i was the first one to borrow it.
inside, was two scratch cards. and it says, "Are you holding the £1MILLION scratch card?"
i've never ever won something like this, so i scratch it without any hope of winning.
BUT GUESS WHAT?!?!? I GOT THREE SAME PICTURES STRAIGHT FOR ONE OF THE SCRATCH CARD!!
i was ecstatic. then i continue to read the terms and condition, how can i claim my £1MILLION.
BUT GUESS WHAT AGAIN?!?! IT'S ONLY APPLICABLE TO UK CITIZENS. dash it!! i was so pissed!!

hi, i am from uk, and yes! you ar dum!!!!!!! if the card was one of the lotto cards you would have been ok. i think it was not, so this is a scam, os costs a fortune th phone,and all you would win is a keyring. so not so dumb after all.xx
