If you want to learn photography, learn from books, youtube, online sources. You could learn a lot on your own and I would shy away from workshops when your learn a lot more. It depends on the type of photography you're wanting to get into to if you want a degree in it. An undergrad doesn't really mean much in photography but a Master will get you a lot. I'm attending an art school for a BS in filmmaking but I'm mainly using it as a background. After I receive my undergrad, I might attend a school that offers a graduate program for photography. I learned a lot about photography in filmmaking.
I attended the New York Institute of Photography, New York, New York.
I agree with CameraClicker. Get the education as he recommended and you can learn here as everyone is willing to help. I'm fairly new to photography and these forums have helped me incredibly. Also, there is so much on-line information to help with post processing and using the post processing softwares. Challenge yourself everyday to learn something new about your camera and photography and you'll be surprised at how fast you grow.
Your local business school. Take a business major with a fine arts minor. Learn photography on the side, here, or take some photo workshops later.
