how to start a group?

trying to learn how to start a group and dont know how. please help.

Do you want to bring some new idea? Would your group be different from others? Would members benefit in joining the group.

Then you must understand that starting a group and keeping it active would be a lot of commitment from you. You should work hard to being in new materials, be interactive with members, introduce it to website , and keep on posting things to keep interest alive'

I have a group, art of photography, one of the most vibrant group, it has 213 members in 10 months. It has taken a lot of time and commitments to achieve this status.

Comment by Anon A. Mouse on January 20, 2013 at 12:32pm: Have you tried just going to the Groups menu and clicking the +Add box at the upper right of the window. I'd guess that's what it's there for, but I haven't tried it.
