shadowing my first photo shoot

Today is an exciting day for me. I am going to be "shadowing" my first photo shoot. The photographer is the father in law of a great friend to the family, they know my passion for photography and wanting to get better at it. So they asked me if I would be interesting in spending the day learning! who would say no to that! I will be learning my camera as well as film camera. I will have pictures up as soon as I can and I will probably update this blog later tonight to tell you all how I did. Thanks for reading.


What an experience!!! Everything went great yesterday. The models were so patient and good to me. I was shy as I am a shy person when I met some one knew. The photographer and the model told me not to be shy. If I wanted her a certain way just let her know. She was GREAT!! She too enjoyed it. I invited my sister in law who is also on the site with me (Kari B) to come along. I learned alot and the photographer was amazing. He will be here in Florida until the 1st of February. He gave me his number and told me to call him anytime so we can go out shooting and he will teach me more as we are shooting. Such and awesome experience. He as a photographer had a good time being able to talk to me and teach me. He too really enjoyed yesterday. Thank you all for following me along on my first shoot. I really enjoy this site and look forward to learning alot more! You can never have too much knowledge!!
