Thank you Sandra for you kind words. I glad to hear you have discovered so much about how light behaves from your art classes. It is all about how we use light to capture an image and it doesn't matter if it is through the lens of a camera as a digital or film image or through our eyes and painted on a canvas. That was brought up again for me yesterday during a product shoot at a candle store in town. The store was quite small and had a large front window. I was able to use the natural light with a little fill in using my umbrella light.

Thank you Sandra. I am still learning about the properties of light even after all these years. lol. It is truly all about how we capture the light. The first thing I notice when I get ready to shoot is the nature of the light, then I work on composition.
