ur florida skies are great. we have those every evening especially after our daily rains. the east coast gets the sun rises and the west coast gets the sunsets, but who can tell?? great alligator image. we have lots of those for sure. and it's hard to go anyplace without seeing some pelicans or ibis. they hang around fishing piers a lot. and fishing boating coming in late afternoon. love the train. good color. water is so fun. there's always something going on around water. what a huge nest on that tower. didn't recognize that bird. maybe not american bird. u have some great images. lov ur slide show.
I live an hour from the everglades on the west coast, and am looking forward to taking photos of wood storks and flamingos and rosie spoonbills this winter when they nest. I got a new 50 D canon and am trying to learn to take good pics with it. so far so good. I have the photo ops but all are not crisp. do u go alone or with a group to shoot at the everglades? I've thought of joining a group for my first trip, but maybe not necessary. I doubt if there are any birds there now but I really don't know that. I luv taking pics of egrets and herons feeding thier babies but think they have most of them fledged by now. when do u go and where? I just don't know the secdules and it's hard to find out. thanks. sandra
