Hi Dan. The 35-100 is my favorite lens. I do a lot of portrait work and it covers the focal range needed for that type of work. Focus is not quite as fast as the 12-60 or 50-200 SWD's, but fast enough for most things. I can't imagine doing a wedding without it.
For landscape work.. the 7-14 is THE must have lens.
It is nice to find someone who lives in the area I live in the ship a shore mobile park. I had a recent computer failure that cause me to lose most all of my photos. I am planning to go on some trips into the redwoods and capture some mushrooms and trees
What type of photos do you prefer to take and are you a member of either the Brookings

Thank you so much for the comments Dan...Fall was more beautiful this year than the previous ones...We had a few warm days...it's now almost end of Autumn..and the trees are all ready for the winter !
