Color a Photo in Photoshop Using the Curves Tool

This tutorial uses curves adjustment layers to get more accurate color representation and the ability to change them on the fly - unlike other paint-on techniques where you need to choose your colors beforehand.

Hi,

This is a very satisfying tutorial. Although I haven't tried to apply it yet, I believe I followed and understood every part of it. It was clear and covered all the points so that just about anyone can follow the author's steps. The end transformation from its black and white to colored version is very effective.

Thank you.
