All it is is a music soundtrack and a video showing a sequence of steps which is displayed far too fast for anyone to follow. This is not the first of its kind that I've seen and which is called a "Tutorial." To me it is nothing but a waste of time. If someone can explain the intent and justification for such a video, I would be happy to hear it.
