do a layer style, stroke on the white layer, it works nicely

for the black border, simply copy the white perspective layer to make a new one, make fill it with black (or the color of your choice) , free transform on this new layer - scale - make it larger than the picture to create a border...hope that helps!

Great tutorial. To unlock the background simply left click on the little lock in the layer tab and drag it to the trashcan....VOILA!

Haha, nice tutorial. =) For unlocking the background double click on Background in the Layer tab. But maybe you've figured that yourself ;)
