July 2008 - Portrait Photography

This month, the category is Portrait Photography. Here are some articles on PictureCorrect that might give some ideas or inspiration on portrait photography tips and urban portrait tips. Good Luck!

Contest Rules:
1. Entry photos must be somehow related to portrait photography.
2. Post-processing or photo editing is allowed, but keep in mind if you go overboard on it, people probably won't vote for your photo.
3. 1 photo per person per month.
4. Members can give their opinions about entries, and then the entries will be narrowed down to three in the last couple days of the month for final voting in a new discussion.
Note: If you do enter a photo, you may want to change your profile settings so you do not get an email notification when others participate as well. To do so go to: My Settings > Email > Automatically follow discussions I reply to.

Shot this in Sacramento CA. This girl had amazing eyes and WOULDNT SMILE. I think thats what makes it work.
