Because of deteriorating disorders switched to photography.
Used a Nikon D80 then switched to Canon EOS 450D as it is lighter and have a muscle wasting disorder.
Will be creative this my eco coffin is delivered to my doorstep - by horse!!!

Hi Ann,

Just a note to say hi and introduce myself. When I saw your profile photo and looked at some of your pictures, I knew we had to be friends.

I'm new to this network. I'm a 61 year old Digital Collage Artist and Remembrance Consultant. I'm married to a great guy (Tark), have 3 stepkids and 4 grandkids.. I'm a NUT when it comes to animals--I'm quite an animal activist.

I'm learning to take my own pictures so I can make my own unusual collages rather than my clients. I belong to quite a few Social Networks, but this network is ideal for me.

I'm looking forward to learning more about you and hope we can share thoughts, ideas and resources. Please let me know anything you'd like me to know about you!

Hi Ann, Not sure but no biggie. Of course I would be one of your friends. Don't get frustrated with your canon. There is a canon group and any of them will offer solutions. just ask. Stick it out. By the way, I looked at the photos you posted and they are very good. My only advise I can give is to look at your manual and work on one thing at a time. If you get that down to your satisfaction then do another.

Hello Ann, just muddle through. I can give you a few tips. When looking for another Photographer just go to the photographer page and type their name in the search block. When you go to the photo page, click on a photo and you are taken to the home page of the person who posted it. You can comment on the photo there. There are spots where you can upload photo's. When you look at photos you submitted, It will show on the photos page as "me" or if its not yours it will show the name of the person who submitted it. Anytime you have a question I can help or many others will help answer your questions.

Welcome to Picture Social. Here you will find work of professional and amateur alike. Both do some amazing work. Everyone is eager to give advice and criticism when asked, as well as praise on your great work. There are many groups that you can join like the Canon, Nikon and Flower and Plant groups, take a look around and see where you can join and learn. Participate in areas you like and contribute so others can learn also. Comment on others work on their pages and photos. Also, take a look at the blogs, picturecorrect.com, and most of all, enjoy these two sites.
