Hi chris, how r u. When i read your profile you make me remember my students who learn photography by using D60. D60 is very good and easy to use for Manual or auto. I sugest you try using 18-135mm lense for get more experiance. Good luck chris.

I cannot smile authentically at the camera when I am looking at my image in a mirror. On the other hand the Avatar is a self portrait and there seems to be no problem. The difference is that the camera is at arm's length and I am not looking at myself.

Any input is great Chris. Thanks. The book I'm reviewing is actually a book covering the D60......kinda like a owners manual on streriods. I dont own the D60 so I'll probably have to borrow one from a camera shop.

Hi Chris, you might be interested in my Canon Rebel Gii. It does have a lens with it, it has only had a couple rolls of film through it. Let me know if you're interested.
