Everyone is eager to give advice and criticism when you ask, as well as praise on your great work. There are many groups that you can join like the Canon and Nikon users, and Flower and Plant groups. Take a look around and see where you can fit in. Join as many groups as you like. Learn from observing others works. Participate in areas you like and contribute to discussions. Add a blog, comment on others work on their pages and photos. A sister site is picturecorrect.com where you can see camera reviews and many subjects about photography. Most of all, enjoy these two sites

Thank you, for the friends request and for the comments on my National Parks photos. I finally located the missing day on my laptop that has the Bison and Elk closeups and the tradional Falls of the Yellowstone pics. There will be more additions tomorrow before I can settle down and go on some local photo shoots.

Hey Chris, Thanks for all the kind words on my photos! As for the food shots, that was in the restaurant as the food hit the line. Their fare is amazing and absolutely our favorite place to eat! I lived in Texas for thirty years... never did I apprecaite anything as much as the day I left! Houston was like living in a tropical mold filled hell! LOL! I miss my Texas friends, but I'll take the mountains, beaches and piedmont of NC over the concrete, pine tree and cockroaches big enough to rape turkeys any day! Thanks again for your support and friendship!
