I consider myself an advanced amateur and have been away from photography for awhile. I recently received the Fuji digital camera for my birthday and am just now getting back into photography, so I have to reacquaint myself with the technicals and techniques of this great hobby.

Welcome to Picture Social, the site for budding photographers as well as professionals. Both do some amazing work. Free advice and criticism when asked, and praise on your great work. Many groups to join like the Canon and Nikon users, Flower and Plant groups. Look around and see where you fit in. Join as many as you like. Learn from observing others works. Participate in areas you like and contribute to discussions. Add a blog, comment on others work on their pages. Most of all, enjoy this site
