I've had an interest in photography since the late sixties. Did some darkroom work (black and white) in the early seventies and then got very busy with work and volunteer activities and photography was placed on the back burner. Took early retirement in 2003 and took up photography as a hobby. I've been playing with digital photography since then. Trying to learn as much as I can about photography and still trying to get at least one "great" photo. I may not have as much time now though since I accepted a job offer this morning and will be starting work next Monday (May 19).
Hello Cletus, We should be in the terminal area around 8PM monday evening. I will probably go to the WalMart and kentucky fried chicken before going into the terminal. I have a dark blue crew cab toyota PU with a fiberglass tonneau cover. Stop by and say hello.
Thank you for your comment. I have lived my entire 70 years in the Western States of the USA; California, Oregon, Washington and Nevada. Our history goes back only to the 1840s but is rich in adventure. Much of the area is rural with lots of Natural Wonders to enthrall the casual tourist.
We usually have a couple hours to kill before we load onto the ferry. In 2010 I want to explore the Baie Verte area and Notre Dame bay. I have been on the northwest coast before....beautiful. My wifes people are on the Port Au Port peninsula near Lourdes.
