Thank you Christina for dropping by and leaving a comment... It was a moving experience for me just day-tripping and snapping photos of the war memorial. Photography broadens our understanding of places and events adding significance to everyday existence. I plan to visit again and snap more photos.

Somehow, the memorial reminds me of how my parents were spared from assault and how my grandparents were massacred by the enemy during WW ll. It is good to look back once in a while. Gives us solid footing. Have a great day and nice snaps, too! :)
