About Me:
I have been into photography since my teens. I am very new to the digital SLR. I have always wanted to do portrait photography, but I seem to be better at landscape. I am an assistant chief with a fire department/EMS, and that has given me some great photo ops.
What Photography Equipment do you Use?
Nikon D100, Nikon N65, Canon T90, variety of lenses.

Sylvia, if you can get it (maybe from Ebay) Adobe Photo Deluxe from edition 2.0 on (not made anymore) is wonderful, cheap,a nd does absolutely everything.. Photoshop is great too, but not realy user friendly, I find, but the new photo elements by Adobe is also good but not user friendly either.. Most of the phoot editiong software that comes wtih the things we buy are not wonderful.. Take care dan

Hi Sylvia, I have used Paint Shop Pro for several years, upgrading with each new edition. You will find it to be an amazing piece of software for creating as well as editing. There are a ton of great tutorials on the web. But my style is to jump in with both feet and experiment myself.

If I can assist in anyway please let me know.

Thank you Sylvia, the Grand Canyon earns its name thats for sure. Bryce is nice and a few other places we went to in 2006 but when we arrived at the GRAND Canyon it took our breath away. Its amazing that the Colorado River and some wind did all that. Hope you have good weather for your trip. If not try and make the most of it as I did with my Bryce Canyon pictures.
