I convert my pics from RAW to TIFFS...enhance a bit in PS. Save as JPEGS with a much smaller image sizing so they can be viewed easier here...then I change my background layer to its own layer; Add a canvas; add new layer below image layer_fill with white for matt; add more canvas; select new transparency; add new layer_fill with black for frame. Then add layer style, select bevel & emboss; contour...then inner bevel / chisel hard...depth of 71%...size 24 pixels; gloss contour "ring double"...that's it...seems like a lot, but really quite simple...just look it over, find the steps...many which can be changed up to suit you...sorry for taking so much space...feel free to delete, wont hurt my feelings :)
