I looked over your stuff and I have to say I like a lot of your work. If I may make a suggestion, it would be to work on DOF a bit more. You have a great eye but see things with too much depth. That makes your pictures very ordinary, use the advantage of nikon's ability to capture great details in a smaller DOF and your pics go from good to OMG that is awesome.

I have looked at the body of your submissions and you have some very good work here. I am amazed that you haven't gotten more compliments. the thing that separates good from great in your case is that you have a tendency to bullseye, making them ordinary. your photos are much much better than that.
